ClassGraphic Course Description
The Government of Alberta requires that anyone holding a Pesticide Applicator's Certificate obtain fifteen credits (CEUs) within their 5-year certification period in order to re-certify. By attending this one-day course, six credits can be earned (2 Regulations, 1 Human Health/Safety, 1 Environment, 1 Labelling, 1 Emergency Response). If you took this recertification course previously for credits, you cannot earn these credits again.
 
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Pesticide Applicator Recertification, you will:
  • be able to apply pesticides in certain areas.
  • know about the safety and legislation involved in pesticide application.
  • feel refreshed and renewed in pesticide application.

No prerequisites required.
