ClassGraphic Course Description
Designed for those with some lifting experience, this strength training class uses barbells, dumbbells, sandbags and kettlebells to build strength. The focus will be on lower reps and higher weights and sets. Your qualified instructor will emphasize proper lifting form throughout.
