Course Description
Do you work with the preparation, handling or storage of food? Would you like to learn more about food safety to keep your friends and family safe? If so, this is the perfect course for you.
In this course, you will learn proper food preparation, manufacturing, handling, and storage. Successful participants will receive a certificate from Alberta Health and Wellness with no expiry date. This course, instructed by Alberta Health Services, is approved under the Public Health Act and Alberta Food Regulations
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Food Safety Alberta Certificate Course, you will:
- be able to handle food safely.
- understand food hazards, maintenance, sanitation, and other skills.
- obtain a certificate from Alberta Health and Wellness.
