CourseGraphic Course Description
This class delivers a high-energy, performance-based workout that combines functional strength, endurance, and conditioning in a circuit-style format. Participants will move through a series of stations using equipment like sleds, rowers, SkiErgs, kettlebells, sandbags, wall balls and both weighted and bodyweight exercises. Expect a challenging blend of pushing, pulling, lunging, carrying, and core work designed to build total-body strength and aerobic capacity. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.
