ClassGraphic Course Description
This women’s self-defence course empowers participants with practical skills to increase confidence, awareness, and personal safety. Through a combination of discussion and hands-on practice, you’ll learn effective techniques for avoiding and escaping dangerous situations, while developing the mindset and physical readiness to protect yourself.

The course balances easy-to-learn techniques with real-life application, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can build strength, awareness, and assertiveness.

Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will:
  • Learn how to reduce the risk of being targeted.
  • Recognize warning signs of potential danger.
  • Practice defensive techniques such as blocking, striking, kicking, using your voice, and escaping from chokes or holds.
  • Strengthen confidence and situational awareness through guided discussions and realistic practice scenarios.
