Course Description
This self-defence course empowers participants with practical skills to increase confidence, awareness, and personal safety. Through a combination of discussion and hands-on practice, you’ll learn effective techniques for avoiding and escaping dangerous situations, while developing the mindset and physical readiness to protect yourself.
The course balances easy-to-learn techniques with real-life application, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can build strength, awareness, and assertiveness.

Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will:

Recognize warning signs of potential danger.
Practice defensive techniques such as blocking, striking, kicking, using your voice, and escaping from chokes or holds.
Strengthen confidence and situational awareness through guided discussions and realistic practice scenarios.
